Storm Ready Community - Contractor Signup

The City of Huntington Beach has asked the Chamber for help, and we’re turning to our business community.

With high tides, elevated surf and incoming rain expected, the City is holding a Storm Ready Community Meeting on Thursday, November 5 at 6:00 PM at the Huntington Beach Senior Center. Residents will learn about possible flooding impacts and how to protect their homes. Many of them will leave wanting to know who they can call.

The Chamber is building a list of local businesses that residents can contact for help. If your company works on:

• Seawalls and bulkheads
• Dock repair or extensions
• Flood barriers, sandbagging or water diversion
• Drainage, grading or waterproofing
• Other flood prevention or storm-damage services
